Energy Alchemy

About Me

For years I lived in survival mode, stuck in patterns of emotional pain, struggling with unhealthy relationships, and constantly questioning my worth. I know what it's like to feel overwhelmed, disconnected, and desperate for change.

But everything shifted when I discovered the power of energy healing, inner alchemy, and trauma-informed transformation. Through deep healing work, I expanded my path to earn my second-degree Usui Reiki certification and learned how to transmute my pain into power and purpose. Now I help other women do the same.

Energy Alchemy is a space for women, especially mothers, who are ready to stop repeating the past, reclaim their energy, and create healthy, meaningful lives and relationships.

Here, you'll find tools, stories, and support to help you:

Break generational trauma cycles
Rewire limiting beliefs
Heal your nervous system
Embody self-worth and wholeness

You're not broken, you're becoming. And I'm honored to walk the path with you.
